---Fuel oil

1. The main product - fuel oil produced by our waste tyre pyrolysis machine is widely used for industrial and commercial purposes. This fuel oil is a kind of good heating fuel which can be sold to boiler factory, cement factory,glass factory and steel mill, etc.

2. It also can be refined to diesel by the distillation machine. The diesel can be used as diesel fuel used in diesel burners or diesel generators and some diesel engines.

---Carbon black

1. This Carbon black can be directly sold to cement or brick factory.

2. Or pellet it used for heating.

---Steel wire (only for tires)

Can be sold directly.

Working process of the waste pyrolysis plant

Step 1: Feeding. Feed tyres into reactor manually or with auto feeder;

Step 2: Preheating. Waste tyres will be melted under high temperature and oil gas comes out .

Step 3: Oil producing. Oil gas goes through the cooling system and is cooled down into liquid fuel oil; Some oil gas that can not be turned to liquid oil will be go back to the furnace for burning as heating fuel.

Step 4: Cooling (4 hours). After the oil processing process is completed, leave the plant for cooling.

Step 5: Carbon black discharging.

Step 6: Pulling out steel wire.

Main Features

High degree of automation

1. In manufacturing we use auto cutting machine, auto welding machine, auto rolling machine so that both quality and appearance of our products can be guaranteed.

2. In production, we use auto-feeder to feed raw materials into pyrolysis reactor. By auto-feeder it needs few workers and less time to feed. And because of 50 ton hydraulic pressure , it can feed more tires than labor.

Long service life

1) The material of reactor is Q345R/Q245R boiler plate with 16/18mm thickness which is produced by Chinese well-known enterprise. The head of reactor and accessories are using one-piece molding shell cover rather than welded plate.

2) All cutting, rolling and welding works are finished by automatic machines.

3) The insulation cover is formed by 3 levels: steel plate, rock wool and refractory cement. Excellent thermal insulation effect helps saving fuel and extended the service life.

Environmental protection

1) The smoke (caused by burning fuel to heat the reactor) will be purified and cooled by dust removal device, then can be released into air through chimney.

2) Carbon black is discharged out in totally sealed situation to avoid pollution.
