BRIEF INTRUCTION

Two Pieces Joint Gluer, one of post-printing equipment, is specially designed for two pieces joint carton box adhering. There are 3 sets of glue-head, includes two sets of hot-melt glue and one liquid material. It has widely application for offset boxes and Kraft corrugated boxes.

The standard model of two pieces joint gluer includes SP-GFAB2300A/2600A/3200A. Also can customized other size according to customer’s requirement.

FEATURES

1. Sheet feed automatically by belts with air suction.
2. The whole machine adopts PLC and touch screen control, with automatic detection of all parts of the fault problem, convenient maintenance, and can be manually adjusted through the button operation.
3. Automatic paper feeding, automatic glue coating, automatic alignment and pressing and counting functions.
4. With suction paper feeding, simple adjustment, fast speed, accurate paper feeding, saving manpower.
5. The machine can choose single, double pieces of sheet model. Can process with normal slotted box and die-cut box by special edge, can choose continuous and intermittent feeding.
6. Controlled by Double servo motor, greatly providing speed and accuracy.
7. The feeder adopts double suction fan for paper feeding, which can effectively improve the accuracy of paper feeding, especially for the uneven board.
8. This machine has three sets of pasting devices, Two-in-one can use hot melt adhesive and ordinary cold adhesive bonding.
9. Pressed by the multi-station pneumatic pressure mechanism.
