Description:

• The Coventional welding rotator is including 1drive rotator, 1idler rotator, control cabinet & pendant controller.
• The drive roller bed is driven by heavy duty AC motors which is designed according to internationally proven specifications to ensure constant speed with outer balance load of 15%.
• Roller center distance could be manually adjusted by reserved screw bolt, so as to suitable for various tank diameter.
• ​The AC Inverter comes with a remote control panel / operator pendant with interlocking reversing systems operating at temperatures in excess of 60%.
• The wheel of the welding rotator is 90 durable hardness with high stress polyurethane cushion mounts to absorb shock loads and prevent gear box damage.
• The operation is with a remote controller.
