Test Purpose: It is used to test the insertion force and pull-out force of the new energy charging vehicle plug, the locking device between the vehicle socket and the plug and socket connector

Test Principle: It adopts servo motor drive, PLC intelligent control, precise force value sensor to detect real-time force value, can set the peak value of force value, automatically stop when the set value is reached, and has a time curve of force value

Structure: The overall 3-station structure of the equipment, each station includes an independent servo motor, a precision sliding table, a precision force sensor and a fixture, and the control is accurate.
