1. Basic introduction of vertical centrifuge

Vertical centrifuge is an efficient solid-liquid separation equipment.

The vertical centrifuge consists of a feeding device, a separation system, a filter bin, a discharging bin, a transmission system, a washing device and an electric control device.

The whole system of the vertical centrifuge cleverly applies the dual action of centrifugal force and gravity to realize the continuous work of the equipment and achieve high work efficiency. The slurry enters the centrifuge from the feeding port, and is subjected to centrifugal force in the separation system, and the solid is retained through the filter screen, and the liquid enters the filter chamber through the screen and is discharged from the mother liquor port. The solid moves downward under the component force of gravity and centrifugal force, and enters the lower section through the discharge bin. During the movement, the washing system is pumped into the washing liquid to wash the solids. All power is driven by an electric motor. During the separation process, the residence time of solids in the separation system can be controlled by adjusting the feed rate and the relative positions of each part of the separation system to achieve the specified solid water content requirements.

2. Ore Dressing Equipment technical parameters

Note: The external water content of the product is related to the properties of the material, particle size composition, processing capacity, etc., but mainly depends on the content of coal slime in the feed. The portion is generally 5~8%.

3. Working principle of vertical centrifuge

The sieve blue rotates at a high speed. After the material enters the centrifuge through the inlet, under the action of the centrifuge, the external water is removed and discharged through the sieve slit. Two sets of gears are used to generate a differential speed between the screen blue and the scraper, and the material attached to the screen blue is scraped off.
