Production Details:

• QAY180 all-terrain crane is a high-performance and high-reliability crane, using the technical crystallization of designing and manufacturing mobile cranes for many years and combining with international advanced technology.
• It is a high-tech product with a high concentration of electromechanical hydraulic systems. Excellent fretting performance, huge lifting capacity and extraordinary lifting height.
• Suitable for lifting operations and installation projects in chemical, mining, oil fields, ports, construction sites and other places. But not suitable for areas with strong electromagnetic waves.
• This equipment is an all-terrain crane with full swing, telescopic boom type, electro-hydraulic proportional control. It adopts the Zoomlion's own six-axle dedicated all-ground chassis, with wide field of vision, four-axle drive and five-axle steering, luxurious and comfortable decoration.
• The newest electro-hydraulic proportional reversing valve with load feedback and multi-piston variable pump is picked, and the variable system combined with open type and closed type is adopted, makes that the working ability of each actuator can be fully exerted.
• The combined action of lifting, luffing, slewing, and telescopic mechanisms greatly improves the working efficiency of the crane. It has the characteristics of light and flexible operation, stable and reliable work, stepless speed regulation and so on.
• The hydraulic system has safety devices such as relief valve, balance valve, hydraulic lock, brake valve, etc., to prevent the overload of the oil circuit and avoid accidents caused by the rupture of the oil pipe.
• Equipped with a variety of safety devices, like torque limiters and a complete lighting system, it can ensure safe and reliable operation and facilitate night work.

This equipment was manufactured in 2011, with a set of 55 tons of counterweight, two hooks of 50T and 9T, and an old box-type jib. The total driving time is 1641 hours. It is sluggish in the factory.
