Brief introduction:

Railway reefer containers wagon is used to transport easily spoil foods, fruits, vegetables and dairy products from farms to consuming markets by railway. The reefer containers could be handled and transported by railway, by road or by sea, realizing port to port, warehouse to warehouse transportation.

The complete vegetables fruit train rack is composed of locomotive, railway container flat wagons, reefer containers with generators and oil tanks. Compared with traditional refrigerator wagons, reefer containers have the advantages of low cost, easy management, warehouse to warehouse load and unload.

There are two points for reefer containers. One is for the critical temperature. For the items being transported inside the container, the refrigeration temperature must be adjustable and controlled according to the storage temperature of the items. The second one is the ventilation. There are many fruits and vegetables that constantly release gases and moisture and the gases would spoil the cargo if the ventilation is not efficient circulated in the right way.

In railroad application, it is more practical that each reefer container carry its own diesel power unit to run the refrigerate mechanism. We could design the suitable power unit according to customer's actual conditions.

As to the railway container flat wagons, the sizes, loads, rail gauge could all be customized to customer's requirements.
