Heating of the melting furnace of batch fusion and glass melting is done by burning natural gas via gas combustion equipment.

The system is controlled by advanced and reliable DCS or PLC, and has an optimised fuel-combustion air ratio mixture based on JEFFER's experience.

All delivered utility stations of the combustion system are pre-assembled, tested and commissioning completed in JEFFER’s factory to reduce erection time on side and avoid misassemble to a minimum.
