Cavitation jet cleaning technology is a new type of underwater facility cleaning technology which is formed by introducing cavitation into water jet technology. By controlling the pressure, flow velocity and other parameters, a large number of cavitation bubbles are generated when the water flow beam passes through the cavitation nozzle. The cavitation bubbles are used to collapse in a narrow area on the material surface to generate micro jet impact of up to 140 ~ 170 MPa, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning the surface of the equipment and dirt layer. Compared with other cleaning technologies, this technology not only has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection, safety and so on, but also has the significant advantages of not harming the base metal of the facility, little or no damage to the complete anticorrosive layer, and can be used for reasonably and effectively cleaning the thin section of equipment such as ship propellers.
