Drilling Rig Working Attention

1. Before each shift, grease the drill pipe elevator (wire rope connector);
Note: When filling grease nipple at one end of the elevator, be sure to unscrew the grease nipple at the other end. This will help to squeeze out the butter that was previously injected. On the contrary, the oil seal in the elevator may be crushed, and dirty water containing fine sand and mud can easily enter, which will wear the bearing and reduce the sensitivity of the elevator.
Note: For the improved new elevator, please consult SANY User Service Department for maintenance method.
2. Before each shift, grease the bearing of the follow-up guide frame (upper support of drill pipe) of the drill pipe;
3. Frequently check whether the wire rope is in good condition;
4. Frequently check the damage of oil pipes and sealing rings, and prepare spare parts for urgent needs;
5. Pay attention to whether the circuit relay is aging at any time, and prepare spare parts as soon as possible;
6. Check whether the bearing of drill pipe elevator (wire rope connector) rotates flexibly, and replace it immediately if it is damaged;
7. Frequently check whether the bolts and pin shafts are worn or broken, and replace them immediately if they are damaged.
