608 Hybrid Ceramic Bearing With high precision Ceramic balls
Description of Hybrid ceramic ball bearing 608:
GCr15 is a kind of high carbon chromium bearing steel with less alloy content. After quenching and low temperature tempering, it has higher hardness, uniform structure, good wear resistance and high contact fatigue performance. Because of the above properties, GCr15 is suitable material for bearing races. Inside fitted with good quality nylon cage and our G5 precision zirconia or silicon nitride balls, which are processed after hot isostatic pressure sintering technology and careful grinding production.
Peek and material both have outstanding chemical stability, is resistant to many kinds of corrosion, are ideal material for bearings cage. Nylon cage has good cost performance.
