Aluminum CNC cutting centre s suitable for high-efficiency sawing processing of aluminum door and window profiles, and can simultaneously perform 45°, 90°, and 45° and 90° combined angle sawing processing of profiles. The machine is designed for cutting PVC profiles with maximum cutting speed and highest quality. The machine performs the operation of profile loading from the bars stock, cutting and unloading of piece, in complete autonomy and without the assistance of the operator.

1. Feartures

● This machine is suitable for high-efficiency sawing processing of aluminum door and window profiles, and can simultaneously perform 45°, 90°, and 45° and 90° combined angle sawing processing of profiles. The innovation of the sawing unit structure saves processing time and reduces processing errors and wear.

● Equipped with German industrial CNC control system, remote assistance, and support for docking with domestic and foreign door, window and curtain wall system software.

● The stable and high-precision bed, after aging treatment, the structure is reasonable, and the operation is convenient.

● The feeding and discharging system is fully servo controlled, fast and accurate, equipped with a standard clamping system, and the intelligent manipulator automatically rotates 0-360° to clamp the profile at any angle, which can meet the clamping and feeding of various profiles.

2. Details

1. Aluminum cutting centre is 13.5 meters long, 3 meters wide, 2.6 meters high, and weighs 5 tons. The whole machine is divided into feeding section, manipulator feeding, sawing section and unloading section.

It can be connected with door and window software (German KLAES, Chuango, Duter, Xingel, Schüco and other domestic and foreign door and window and curtain wall software) to support connected intelligent production.
