Introduction of the metal baler
Y81 series scrap metal balers can be used to compress all kinds of
scrap metal, including domestic scrap metal (aluminum beverage
cans, washing machine shells, scrap car shells, etc.) and
industrial scrap metal (aluminum chips, shavings, scrap copper,
scrap steel bars, scrap stainless steel profiles) and many more.
This Y81-630 baler adopts PLC automatic control system, which has
small maintenance workload, convenient later maintenance, and
simple operation, which can be controlled by one person. The scrap
metal baler is also divided into a single master cylinder baler and
a double master cylinder baler. This scrap metal baler adopts a
double master cylinder design, which makes the packing pressure
more stable and the packing block tighter. The size of the material
box of the machine and the size of the packaging block of the whole
machine can be designed and manufactured according to customer
needs.
Features of the baler
1. All models are hydraulically driven and can be manually operated
or PLC controlled automatically.
2. The package delivery methods include turning package, side
pushing package, forward pushing package, manual picking, etc.
3. Where there is no power supply, diesel engine can be used as
power.
4. The size of the feeding box and the shape and size of the bale
can be designed and customized according to the user's raw material
specifications.
