Preventive maintenance

All surfaces including the air spring and the installation area should be free from oil, petroleum and solvents.

Hydrolic and pneumatic line of the air spring supply system should be leakproof.

Air pressure should not exceed 7 bar/101psi

Ambient temperature should be between -40℃ to +70℃

There should be sufficient clearence around the air spring to prevent any contact.

All bolts should be tightened according to the required torque specifications.

Vehicle should be loaded as per manufacturing and technical specifications.

Air springs should be kept clean. Use water and soap for cleaning.
