3. Structural features

3.1. The box is made of stainless steel, which is beautiful and corrosion-resistant; Easy to clean; Main frame: it is composed of burner frame and sample support frame. The two parts are connected by bolts, and the bolts can be flexibly adjusted mechanically.

3.2. The center height of the radiation plate is 1250 ± 100mm, and the angle between the radiation surface and the front surface of the radiation plate is 15 ± 3 °, which can be adjusted slightly;

3.3. The size of radiation plate is 850mm × 850mm, composed of porous refractory tiles; The radiation intensity can reach about 80 kW / m2 and the surface temperature can reach about 850 ℃.

3.4 burner: double hole ceramic pipe (200 ± 10) mm long, with inner diameter of 3mm and outer diameter of 6.4mm, made of hollow steel pipe, equipped with propane and air flow meter, which can adjust the flame height of small flame to meet the standard (100 ± 20) mm high flame requirements.

3.5. Observation grade marking: it is convenient for users to observe the flame spread; Made of stainless steel, arranged horizontally and vertically, with a spacing of 50mm;

3.6. It is equipped with sample mounting guide rail made of stainless steel. Heat and corrosion resistance; The sample is installed as a pull-out type;

3.7 observation mirror: equipped with angle adjustable observation mirror (750mm × 120mm). During the test, the flame spreading rate can be observed through a glass mirror and a sample rake, and can be automatically recorded through a foot switch.

3.8 sample holder size: 855mm long and 275mm wide. It is made of (3 ± 0.2) mm thick stainless steel plate;

3.9. One sample chimney, made of 0.5 ± 0.05mm thick stainless steel thin plate, is equipped with gas and chimney metal compensation thermocouples.

3.10 calibration plate: incombustible plate with length (850 ± 1) mm, width (270mm) and thickness (25 ± 2) mm, drying density (950 ± 100) kg / m3. There are 8 holes with a diameter of 25mm and a hole spacing of 100mm ± 1mm;

3.11 back plate and positioning piece: the back plate is a non combustible plate with a length of 885mm, a width of 270mm and a thickness of (12 ± 3) mm. The drying density is (850 ± 100) kg / m3. The positioning piece is made of the same material as the back plate and is (25 ± 2) mm wide.
