Product Introduction
SOLAS 5.9m 26 Persons Freefall Lifeboats is made compliance with the SOLAS Standard, MSC272(85),MSC274(85).
The cover hull of the lifeboat is made of FRP, between the outside hull and inside is filled with polyurethane foam which will supply buoyancy for the lifeboat, which will help SOLAS free fall lifeboat afloat when it broken during the accident.
Freefall type Lifeboat has strengthened configuration to bear the strong impact when falls into the water and can escape from the vessel or offshore platform quickly. The installation height can be max 16mtrs.
Marine Free Fall Lifeboat is a model that aboard from the stern port designed and manufactured in accordance with the latest specification of SOLAS and international standards.It can falls into the water through the free fall slide way and keep the passenger in the boat, to ensure quick and safe evacuation.
Freefall Marine Lifeboat is designed and manufactured according to the following SOLAS amendments and New regulations:
1. MSC.47(66)-Item 21,31,Chapter Ⅲ of Amendments of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea 1974 and MSC.216(82), MSC.317(89)
2. MSC.48(66) Chapter Ⅳ of International Life-saving Appliance Code and MSC.218(82),MSC.272(85)
3. MSC.81(70) Part 1 of Revised Recommendation on Life-saving Applianccs and MSC.226(82),MSC.274(85),MSC.323(89)
The Lifeboats are approved by CCS,BV,EC,MED, ABS,RMRS, DNV-GL etc classification society.

All the tightening parts such as a nut, bolt, etc., should be made of stainless steel (SUS 316), all the weather steel fittings should be made of stainless steel, the material of hull should be FRP.
