ERW660 high frequency longitudinal welded pipe production line / pipe making machine / tube mill is designed to produce welded pipes of 325mm-660mm in OD and 6mm-20mm in wall thickness, as well as corresponding square and rectangular pipe.

When producing square & rectangular tube, it can utilize directly square-square (DSS) technique

Technical flow

Scrolling up→ Uncoiling → Shear and Welding→ Spiral accumulator→ Forming → H.F. induction welding→ External burr removing→ Cooling → Sizing→ Flying saw → Run out table →Inspecting→ Packing→ Warehouse

General round-to-square process:Stable forming process

Round-to-Square with Turks head:Good pipe quality

Process of directly square-to-square(DSS):One set of roller can produce all tubes with electric control and automatic adjustment
