Description of copper wire recycling machine
Copper wire recycling machine can crush waste copper cable or wire into 1-5 mm granules mixed with plastic(PVC)&copper.Then use air, specific gravity and electrostatic separation technique to separate copper and plastic.So that the copper and plastic can be both recycled, greatly increasing their application values. By using totally dry-type physical separating technique there will be no environment pollution during the whole process and the separating ratio can be reach 99%.

Feature of copper wire recycling machine
1. The whole system is controlled by the Electricity Control Panel.
2. The bottom air flow is controlled by the Airlock.
3. Crushing system adopts D2 alloy cutting tool, the processing
hardness is HR58. It can ensure the high-wearing resistance as well
as a certain tenacity of the crushing blade. The structure is
designed as splayed alternate shearing structure, the shell of wire
grinding equipment adopts water cooling system, thus avoiding,
material heating and melting after long time operation.

that effectively collects dust in the production process and
discharges it from the dust outlet.

Technological process of copper wire recycling machine
