1. What is your business scope?

2. Can I order a sample?

Yes, we can. For the new mould, we require 100% of the mould cost to pay in advance, mould need 20 days or so.
If we already have molds, samples are free, freight paid on arrival. If you need to pay the mold fee in advance for the new mold, please contact us. The sample freight will be paid on arrival.

3. How long will it take to make the sample?

Usually we have mold sample time of 10-15 days, if the new mold sample time of 15-21 days.

4. Main time of orders

Subject to quantity, usually 45 days after receipt of deposit and all design confirmations.

5. What is your payment status?

30% deposit, balance payable by copy of B/L or L/C at sight.
