Food Waste Recycling Machine TG-CC-300 has a corrosion-proof body, Siemens touch-screen, and is equipped with the latest PLC technologies and automation control systems. In several steps the machine can decompose 300 to 350 kg of organic food waste, using in it the stage-in-craft indirect heating and dry composting technologies, in an expected time of 16-22 hrs. The machine is meant for larger requirements in medical outlets, academic institutions, various types of eateries( canteens, Mall food courts, etc.), catering services of the aviation industry, IT parks, etc. It is covered under 1 year of warranty.

Our 24Hr Composting machines are custom designed to convert all organic waste into compost (organic fertilizer) within 24Hrs. The machine can compost all organic waste including kitchen food waste, fish and animal waste, leaves, grass clippings, weeds, seeds, sewage sludge, shredded meat bones, palm fronds, etc.

The resulting compost is rich in plant nutrients, both macro, and micronutrients, with more than 80% organic matter content, thus when applied into the soil it increases agricultural crop production, enhances the soil water holding capacity, and the soil microbial biodiversity that has an overall impact on the soil health.

The 24Hr Composting machine helps mitigate climate change as the composting process is aerobic thus eliminating the production of methane that is aggravating climate change.

Operating Principles:

1. Pour the kitchen garbage directly into the right groove area, where manual sorting can be done.
