TG-CC-5000 Food Waste Fertilizer Machine is ideal for businesses digest and compost up to 5000kg of food waste per day. Equipped with a touch screen for operations convenience, this unit has been installed in many hospitality applications around the world such as composting plants, supermarkets, etc.

This is a fully automatic Bio-Mechanical Composter operating as a continuous organic waste converter. It is designed to function without heaters.

It uses a micro-organism based technology which is proven and sustainable. When you add organic waste into the machine, it converts it into compost enriched with nitrogen. The conversion process also reduces the volume of the original organic waste by about 80%.

The variety of organic waste that can be composted using this machine is generally wide. They include such refuse as vegetables, vegetable waste, fruits and fruit skins, cooked or uncooked meat, egg shells, bread/bakery items, street-sweeping leaves, leaves and tree branches, flowers and temple waste. Basically, these are organic waste from the kitchen or anything else coming from plants or animals so long as they are bio-degradable.

However, there are certain types of organic waste that cannot be composted using this type of machine. Such things as coconut shells, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, glass metal, newspaper, magazines, plastic bags, bottles, dog or cat droppings and sanitary pads/nappies are certainly unacceptable.
