Step 1. Welding the panels

We welded the panels with an automatic welding machine,the weld spot is solid and smooth.

Step 2. Flatten the frame pipe

The horizontal pipe will be flattened to make sure it can be fully welded to the vertical pipe.

Step 3. Welding the panels on the frame pipe

Panels will be fully welded on the frame pipe. And the weld spot will be painted to prevent rust.

Step 4. Producing the base feet

1. Made of plastic which is made from polypropylene.

2. Anti-aging and UV5 added especially for outdoor use, more durable, can last up to 2 years longer
