The main ingredient of Anionic Rosin Sizing Agent is rosin emulsion. This product is made of modified rosin and emulsifier by high temperature and normal pressure reversal process. It is easy to disperse in water, stable in summer storage and has high sizing efficiency. It is an excellent acid-sizing agent.

The dosage is determined according to the requirement of sizing degree, and the reference dosage is 0.6% - 3.5% (based on the absolute dry weight of finished paper). Generally, forward sizing or reverse sizing is adopted. The product is diluted 10-20 times with water and then added to the slurry. It can be used after being evenly mixed with the slurry; You can also use the metering pump online contact to add. The reference dosage ratio of this product and aluminum sulfate is 1:3. In the process of adding, the interval between them is more than 20 minutes, or the interval between adding points is more than 2 meters. The suitable pH value of the system is 4.5-5.5, and it can also be used at a higher pH value.
