100% Polyester 90 G Knitted Grey PU Coated Outdoor Down Fabric 150 Cm.

The composition is 100% polyester, the weight is 90 gsm, coated fabric is a kind of fabric treated by a special process. It can make the surface of the fabric to form a layer of uniform covering rubber material, so as to achieve waterproof, windproof and other functions. Coating fabrics using solvent or water to the required coating colloidal particles (with PU adhesive, A/C rubber, PVC, PE plastic) and dissolved into salivate shape, and then in A certain way (rotary screen, scraper or roller) .

It has the following advantages:

• PU coated fabric is soft and elastic;
• PU coated fabric has good strength and can be used for very thin coating;
• The coating is porous, with moisture permeability and ventilation performance;
• Wear resistance, moisture resistance, dry cleaning resistance

Polyester fabric has high strength. The strength of short fiber is 2.6 ~ 5.7cN/dtex, and the strength of high strength fiber is 5.6 ~ 8.0cN/dtex. Due to its low moisture absorption, its wet strength and dry strength are basically the same. The impact strength is 4 times higher than that of nylon, 20 times higher than that of viscotic fiber, and the elasticity of polyester fabric is super strong. The elasticity is close to wool, when the elongation is 5% ~ 6%, almost can be completely recovered, the polyester fabric repeatedly kneading, quickly can be restored to its original shape, and no wrinkles left, the elastic modulus is 22 ~ 141cN/dtex, 2 ~ 3 times higher than nylon, which is other fabrics can not be compared, polyester fabric heat resistance is very good. It can be said that polyester has the best heat resistance and strong plasticity in chemical fiber fabric. If it is made into a pleated skirt, it can keep pleats well and does not need too much ironing. Polyester fabric has good light resistance. Polyester fabrics are generally more fast to the sun than natural fabrics, and there is little problem with leaving polyester fabrics in the sun without worrying about side effects. This feature makes the light resistance of polyester fabric almost equal to that of acrylic fabric.
