The composition is 50%polyester 50% Nylon, the weight is 48 gsm, coated fabric is a kind of fabric treated by a special process. It can make the surface of the fabric to form a layer of uniform covering rubber material, so as to achieve waterproof, windproof and other functions. Coating fabrics using solvent or water to the required coating colloidal particles (with PU adhesive, A/C rubber, PVC, PE plastic) and dissolved into salivate shape.

It has the following advantages:

• PU coated fabric is soft and elastic;
• PU coated fabric has good strength and can be used for very thin coating;
• The coating is porous, with moisture permeability and ventilation performance;
• Wear resistance, moisture resistance, dry cleaning resistance

PU coating fabric coating agent according to composition classification: polyester polyurethane; Polyether polyurethane; Aromatic isocyanate polyurethane; Aliphatic isocyanate polyurethane series. According to the media used in use, it is divided into solvent and water system. Solvent PU has good strength and elongation and water resistance, but it is toxic and easy to burn. In terms of composition, it is also divided into two groups and one group classification. The two-component product consists of a prepolymer which reacts isocyanate with oligomers to form a hydroxyl terminal prepolymer and a crosslinking agent. Crosslinkers are compounds containing multiple (three or more) isocyanate groups. In coating finishing, the prepolymer reacts with crosslinking agent to form thermosetting mesh film, which endows the textile with excellent properties. In order to achieve waterproof and moisture permeable effect, solvent - based coating finishing agent generally uses wet coating process to process fabric.

Nylon fabric is a common clothing fabric in daily life. It is a synthetic fiber, also known as nylon. Nylon, like polyester, has excellent wear resistance. It is not easy to be damaged and washable after being made into clothes. So the clothes will have a good comfort, there will not be a stuffy feeling, some mountaineering wear sportswear are nylon production, nylon fabric wear-resistant performance in all kinds of fabrics first, than similar products many times higher than other fiber fabrics, therefore, its durability is excellent.
The moisture absorption of nylon fabric is a better variety in synthetic fiber fabric, so the clothing made of nylon is more comfortable than polyester clothing. Nylon fabric is a lightweight fabric, and it is only listed after polypropylene and acrylic fabric in synthetic fiber fabric. Therefore, it is suitable for making mountaineering clothing and winter clothing.
