Production process

1. Arrange proofing according to customer requirements;
2. After the sample is confirmed, place an order for the fabric, and inform the weaving factory of the required fabric width and the number of meters;
3. Send the required pattern documents to the printing workshop and inform them to print paper;
4. After the required fabric is back, the patterns on the paper are printed on the cloth through the digital printing technology of heat transfer;
5. Arrange the required quantity to the cutting workshop for cutting;
6. After cutting out, arrange to the handcuff workshop for handcuff;
7. Arrange to pack in the packing workshop after the handcuffs come out, inspect the finished products, and pick out the unqualified products;
8. After the packaging is completed, the packing shall be carried out, and the number of defective products shall be made up;
9. The goods can be delivered after the quantity is made up.
