Flexible variety, different winding system can produce different products.

The inner liner is zinc plate, the insulation door is zinc plate with mineral wool,

and the outer plate is made of stainless steel.

Automatic withdrawal system, easy to use and maintenance, through the spring

can make the product flexible discharge, whether it is flat mouth cone or natural

edge cone.

One motor can drive the whole machine, can make the oven, the coiling machine

system, the material pump under the high precision belt drive synchronous work,

can produce high efficiency standard products.

CONE LENGTH CONTROL DEVICES
Control the length,diameter,size of sugar cone and perfect flat topped.

SYCHRONIZED ROTARY CONE TRANSFERRING SYSTEM
Same horizontal movement with the rolling reel during cone ejection to ensure perfect
cone transfer.

'HEARTTO HEA RT' ROTATION DEVICE
Place natural rimmed cone into the same position before packing.

DURABLE BAKING PLATES.

Easy to use and maintain. Flexible cone ejector device with springs allows cone diameter within

2mm difference to be ejected, no matter flat-top or natural rimmed cone.
