Product Information:

1. Electronics manufacturing requires ESD brushes, they help to clean PCBs (remove dirt, flux residue, etc.) and discharge static electricity with proper ESD grounding operators.
2. The conductive brush minimizes the generation of static electricity during cleaning.
3. Black static dissipative polypropylene handle is capable of transferring charge to ground.
4. Conductive fiber resistance: 10e4 - 10e6 Ω,

Dissipative handle resistance: 10e8 - 10e10 Ω
5. There are neutral brushes, hard brushes and soft brushes:
Stiffer brushes are primarily used in the manufacture of circuit boards and electronics in service.

Soft brushes are used to clean optics, microcircuits, etc.
