This almond shell breaking machine is for removing the shell by adjusting the gap between the double sticks. There is a rotating roller on the frame, the roller has a rib, and the frame has a ribbed fixed concave surface opposite to the rotating roller, and is fixed. The lower distance between the concave surface and the rotating roller is smaller than the upper spacing.This separating machine is for separating almond and shell after the shelling of the almond shells. The machine uses the shell and kernel of the proportion and suspension speed difference, with the upward passage through the particles of the air flow to promote the separation between shells. This product uses double fans, the separation effect is good, high yield, is the ideal shell separation equipment.

4.confirmation of prototype: customer confirm the 1:1 mock-up after several adjustment
5.Opening mould. Produce the mould according to the confirmation of 1:1 mock-up,takes around 1-2months.
6.testing mould. Try the mould repeatedly and make sure there is no flaws on finished products.
7.Trial production. Small mass production after passing the mould testing and do fully product test.
8.Mass production. Start mass production after passing the trial production, and customer pay the deposit.
