Features of Traditional Geared Motor Celing Fans

Universal joint:
The galvanized structure steel universal joint,can adjusts the horizontal and vertical direction to ensure the fan in vertical status. So that ensuring the balance of the fan in the process of rotation, and reducing the torsion transmission from the fan to the building.

coupling:
40Cr alloy coupling, CNC machining to ensure transmission stability
Other product accessories:
Select high strength screws greater than 8.8 grade according to different connecting parts of the fan,anti-loosing self-locking screws and and anti-slip nuts,together with anti-loosing thread glue,anti-falling connection rings,anti-falling connection parts of the blade.

Gearbox Motor:
Custom design for DAI SEN large industrial ceiling fan. Equipped with German ABM gearbox motor, permanent maintenance-free, expanded alloy steel structure design, low noise, low clearance assembly and grinding process. The motor adopts the German H-class insulation grade.

Installation kits:
Our company's unique design of row holes on the installation plate, can prevent the sliding of the installation plate, we also have installation kits for concrete and and circular tube structure as well as any other kinds of structure.

Steel rope:
The steel wire rope with a diameter of 8mm is wrapped with anti-rust plastic, reinforced rope clamp, with anti-jump turnbuckle, adjusts the fan level, prevents the fan from shaking, and absorbs vibration energy.

blade:
The blades are made of aviation aluminum-magnesium alloy materials, after T6 heat treatment process, they have high strength and high durability, and the blade cross-section is streamlined to ensure the best energy efficiency ratio. After surface grinding and extreme oxidation treatment, it is easy to clean. It has low wind resistance and high efficiency, with two ribs and super-reinforced structure, the thinnest part is 2mm and the thickest part is 5mm to avoid fatigue loss of the blade.

Installation Diagram

* The height of the pharmaceutical workshop is more than 4 meters. It can be installed regardless of the structural steel structure, concrete structure, spherical grid structure or complex structure of the workshop; there are no special requirements for the installation site; it can be installed with or without traffic inside the workshop

* The safe installation space of the fan is greater than 80cm. The ideal height of the DS series installation space is between 4-20 meters.
