Megabond sign panels are comprised of a recycled thermoplastic core sandwiched between two sheets of finished aluminum on one or two sides. The recycled thermoplastic core lends itself to resisting moisture. Megabond panels being flat and smooth feature the ability to digitally print directly to the panel. This allows complete design flexibility to use inks, paints and vinyl graphics.

Megabond SIGNAGE is a reduced weight sheet derived from a 0.2mm thick aluminium surface on both sides, featuring our superior polyethylene core.Megabond Lite is a dual-sided product with a high gloss finish on one side – the same PE paint finish as used on the premium Megabond sheet – and a matt finish on the reverse.Specifically designed for applications where a high load-bearing capacity is not required, Megabond SIGNAGE offers a reduced weight, economical option for a variety of applications.
