SGP Laminated glass with Gold color or Cu color metal coated fabric is gold or Cu metal coated precision woven polymer mesh fabric laminated with low iron glass or float glass by SGP interlayer. Nao level deposited metal layer make the polymer mesh fabric metal luster. The elegant metal luxury style of minimalism is represented in combining metal coated mesh fabric with glass. Depending on the mesh type and openness, different privacy level can be available with transmittance light between 25-60%. Aluminium, Copper and other metal color coating can be available as per the requirement.

Specification:

Internal Test: We have tested SGP glass laminate with metal coated polymer fabric according to the following standard:

1. Two hour Boiling Test

2. Pummel Test

3.-40 celcius Degree 360 hours

4. 85 celcius Degree 85% humidity 1500 hours

5. 150 celcius degree baking 2 hours

6.85 celcius degree 85% humidity 20 hours, -40 celcius degree 2 hours, freeze&thaw total 10 cycles

7. UV Radiation 2000 hours

Metalspurc glass is made of two low iron glass panels with metalspurc metal coated polymer mesh fabric which has metal-coated coating on polymer mesh fabric. Metalspurc glass has very high metal glossness and featherlight weight, different privacy level can be available with transmittance light between 25-60%. Various metal coating and customised color can be available.

Both Bacstone glass and Metalspurc glass have passed the following tests:
