Aluminium Metal Coated Fabric Glass Laminate

Description:

Aluminium metal coated fabric glass laminate is nano level aluminium doposited on the surface of precision woven polymer mesh fabric and then sandwiched between two low iron glass sheets. The polymer mesh fabric is light in weight, high metal luster. Interlayer such as EVA, PVB, TPU, SGP can be used to laminate this mesh fabric with glass. Safe laminated glass with diffrent privacy and metal glossness can be produced with this metal coated polymer mesh fabric.

Specification:

Internal Test: We have tested SGP glass laminate with metal coated polymer fabric according to the following standard:

1. Two hour Boiling Test

2. Pummel Test

3.-40 celcius Degree 360 hours

4. 85 celcius Degree 85% humidity 1500 hours

5. 150 celcius degree baking 2 hours

6.85 celcius degree 85% humidity 20 hours, -40 celcius degree 2 hours, freeze&thaw total 10 cycles

7. UV Radiation 2000 hours

Bacstone galss is made of two low iron glass panels with1- 2mm thick natural stone central layer, laminated by GS interlayer. Natural light can pass through bacstone glass panel as the central natural stone layer is as thin as 1-2mm.

Metalspurc glass is made of two low iron glass panels with metalspurc metal coated polymer mesh fabric which has metal-coated coating on polymer mesh fabric. Metalspurc glass has very high metal glossness and featherlight weight, different privacy level can be available with transmittance light between 25-60%. Various metal coating and customised color can be available.

Both Bacstone glass and Metalspurc glass have passed the following tests:
