UV stable Thin stone Glass laminate is made of thin natural stone layer laminated with low iron tempered glass. The thin stone layer is treated by special chemical formula so that it can be humidity resistant and UV stable and high interficial adhesion. This stone glass laminate also has high impact resistance and high stiffness. After shattering, the impact resistant interlayer can hold the broken glass together so that the glass is enough safe. In our internal lab, we test thin stone glass laminate according to strick internationl glass laminate standard.

7. Test Condition : -40 celcius Degree 15 days, -40 Celcius Degree 20Minutes, 85 Celcius Degree 20 Hours, 10 Circles

Bacstone galss is made of two low iron glass panels with1- 2mm thick natural stone central layer, laminated by GS interlayer. Natural light can pass through bacstone glass panel as the central natural stone layer is as thin as 1-2mm.

Metalspurc glass is made of two low iron glass panels with metalspurc metal coated polymer mesh fabric which has metal-coated coating on polymer mesh fabric. Metalspurc glass has very high metal glossness and featherlight weight, different privacy level can be available with transmittance light between 25-60%. Various metal coating and customised color can be available.

Both Bacstone glass and Metalspurc glass have passed the following tests:

1. Two hour Boiling Test

2. Pummel Test

3. -40 Celcius Degree 360 hours

4. 85 Celcius Degree 85% humidity 1500 hours

5. 150 Celcius degree baking 2 hours

6. 85 Celcius degree 85% humidity 20 hours, -40 celc<spanyes&#180;;font-size:20.05pt;font-family:times new="" roman;color:rgb(0,0,0);font-weight:bold;"="" style="box-sizing: border-box; padding: 0px; margin: 0px;">ius degree 2 hours, total 10 circles.
