Description:

Stone laminated glass facade is comprised of low iron or float glass (Tempered) laminated with 1-2mm thick natural marle middle layer through Baclit Organic interlayer. For outdoor stone glass laminate facade, humdity resistance, UV stability and impact resistance are key to long service life. Combination of Baclit Organic interlayer's 380nm UV cutoff with Edgeplus seal of stone glass laminate edge make thin stone laminate glass more humidity resistant and UV stable. If impact resistance is further needed, option of 0.96MM impactplus interlayer can be further incorperated therein.

Baclitstone glass is tested according to the following standard:

2. Pummel Test After Two Hours Boiling

3. Four point support Test

4. Pummel Test After 140 Celcius Degree Baking Two Hours

5. Natural UV Radiation Test

6. 85 celcius degree, 85% humidity 1500 hours

6. Test Condition : -40 celcius Degree 15 days

-40 celcius degree 85 celcius degree freeze&thaw 10 cycles

Bacstone galss is made of two low iron glass panels with1- 2mm thick natural stone central layer, laminated by GS interlayer. Natural light can pass through bacstone glass panel as the central natural stone layer is as thin as 1-2mm.

Metalspurc glass is made of two low iron glass panels with metalspurc metal coated polymer mesh fabric which has metal-coated coating on polymer mesh fabric. Metalspurc glass has very high metal glossness and featherlight weight, different privacy level can be available with transmittance light between 25-60%. Various metal coating and customised color can be available.

Both Bacstone glass and Metalspurc glass have passed the following tests:

1. Two hour Boiling Test

2. Pummel Test

3. -40 Celcius Degree 360 hours

4. 85 Celcius Degree 85% humidity 1500 hours

5. 150 Celcius degree baking 2 hours

6. 85 Celcius degree 85% humidity 20 hours, -40 celc<spanyes&#180;;font-size:20.05pt;font-family:times new="" roman;color:rgb(0,0,0);font-weight:bold;"="" style="box-sizing: border-box; padding: 0px; margin: 0px;">ius degree 2 hours, total 10 circles.
