How to install the oil cylinder of the drill tower?

1. When the connecting pin can not be pulled out when the rotary locking connecting rod is removed, jog repeatedly to rotate left and right. 2. Expand the track to fully expand the track width. 3. Connect the upper mast and the middle mast. Loosen the fixing pin between the upper mast and the middle mast (the folded upper mast and the middle mast must be fixed together with this pin during transportation), extend the upper mast and pulley frame to the same straight line position with the middle mast, and use bolts to reliably connect the upper mast and the middle mast. 4. Connect the lifting anchor frame to the transverse fixed beam of the pulley frame with the piston rod of the pressurizing oil cylinder with a sleeve lock rope. Operate the handle (see the operating function of the handle). Extend the piston rod of the pressurizing oil cylinder to pull up the pulley frame, so that the pulley frame support is close to the upper end face of the upper mast, and reliably connected with bolts; 5. Connect the middle mast and the lower mast, pull out the main winch wire rope to the length that is enough to lift the drill pipe, start the machine operating handle (see the handle operation function), and slowly erect the mast to the vertical state. When the lower end face of the middle mast and the upper end face of the lower mast just lean together, stop operating the mast control rod immediately, otherwise the machine parts will be damaged, and then use bolts to reliably connect the two masts. 6. Take down the lower mast support rod 7, connect the pressurizing oil cylinder and the power head, adjust the mast to the vertical, extend the pressurizing oil cylinder to the vicinity of the power head, repeatedly expand and adjust the position, and finally install the pin connecting the power head and the oil cylinder, and tighten the baffle bolt beside the pin.
