2. Mechnical principle of MG Automatic Dry Mortar Production Line:

The double shaft paddle mixer works in the principle of mixing the materials in air countercurrent. The double shaft paddles are installed inside the drum and rotated in the opposite direction to each other. Each of the paddles is designed in rational separation distance and angle degree through the scientific calculation. When the materials are thrown to the air current inside drum by the force from the rotating paddles, the non-gravity force will be instantaneously generated and the materials will be thrown to the opposite area. The space between the twins shafts will be formed a fluidized non-gravity area and an air eddy current, in the bottom part, an air flowing layer also will be formed inside the drum. As a result, the materials are taken the three-dimensional compound motions, in order to be evenly, rapidly and circularly mixed in all aspects.
