It is designed to produce welded steel pipes ,include round pipe , square pipe and deformed pipe.

Adopting roll pass design, the production line can manufacture welded steel pipes with good quality machining and high precision assembling.

material(steel coil)→uncoiler→shear and welder→horizontal(or cage) accumulator→forming mill→HF soild welder→sizing mill→rounghly straightening(turkey head)→cut off machine→run out table

Quality Assurance

we Shall be responsilbe for quality problem resulted from design and manufacture with one year after successfull installation and debugging and all the expenses for replacing parts and components( exclude human factors and vulerable components ) shall be born by us !

Debugging

1) Factory will send 1-2technical engineers for installation and testing operation

2) The site, the equipment foundation, cool constructions etc. responsible by buyer according to equipment material which provides by supplier, the equipment for installation (lift equipment, tool etc.), the installation accessory material (wire, drive pipe, water pipe and so on), the labor force arranged by the buyer.

3) The buyer is responsible for power supply, water supply and gas supply to the equipment interface connector
