The CX-3095 is easy to operate by means of a touchscreen and the user-friendly operator interface. The language and the length measurement system of the user interface can be adapted to local conditions.

The modern database functions of the cutting and stripping machine increase comfort and possible applications. Product variants and associated process parameters can be saved and used for later productions. All processing steps of the CX-3095 are electronically controlled. The wire is automatically centered while prefeeding and pushing. For the optimum cable processing, the pressing force of the transportrollers is monitored.

·Wide range of uses

The machine is suited for automatic cutting and stripping of single wires up to 25 sqmm as well as round cables with a maximum outside diameter of 14 mm. With an optionally available guide and blade kit, flat ribbon cable can also be processed. The machine can handle different insulation material such as PVC, Teflon and Silicon.
