Alloy 1.4574 UNS S31254 Super Austenitic Stainless Steel

This grade of steel is a super austenitic stainless steel. They are high end stainless steel designed for impact toughness resistance to chloride crevice corrosion, stress corrosion cracking, and pitting. These are austenite with high content of nickel and chromium.

UNS S31254, a high molybdenum austenitic stainless steel specification. Its high molybdenum content combined with elements such as nickel and copper gives UNS S31254 excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. In acids containing halides it offers good resistance to uniform corrosion and is superior to other austenitic stainless steel grades.

Zhangjiagang Guangda Special Material Co.,Ltd was established in 2003, is one of the forging manufacturer for research and development, production, sales, service as one of the comprehensive company. We located in Jiangsu Province besides Shanghai. We provide different forgings of shaft ,gear blank , ring rolling, rough machining, heat treatment and finish machining. Our annual production capacity is 500,000 tons for various of free-die forgings, ring rollings .

Guangda special alloy material products include high temperature alloy, corrosion resistant alloy, ultra-high strength steel, etc. High temperature alloy is mainly based on iron, nickel, cobalt, can be above 600℃ high temperature and a certain stress under the action of long-term work of metal materials, with excellent high temperature strength, good oxidation resistance, thermal corrosion resistance, fatigue and fracture toughness properties. Special alloy products have excellent high temperature tensile strength, good oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance.

The products are mainly used in aerospace, Marine petrochemical, nuclear power, petrochemical, aerospace, semiconductor chip equipment pipe valve.

1. Material :

2.Forgings:

3.Castings:
Our business mainly focuses on large casting equipment, and our products mainly include large wind turbine castings, large equipment and equipment castings, large plastic machinery castings, and large shell castings with a total annual capacity of 210,000 tons. We have formed a whole industrial chain of smelting, casting, machining and surface treatment, and our technology and cost control are leading in the world.
