This is D18mm PE material inner plug mould do in 8cavity, fit for glue bottle small mouth. The mould core&cavity use H13 do heat treatment which HRC 46-50°, the mould base standard S50C, cold runner, demould system by small sleeve which cycle time around 16-18s

The mould can be running on 120T injection machine, automatic demould drop the plug which save worker cost and reduce cycle time.

Mould processing by complete steps from design to purchase steel material, first step maching, inspection, precision machining, assemble and test, check samples. The mould steel do heat treatment keep strength and work life.

Operational specifications, regular cleaning and maintenance can make the mold life more longer. When we make mould also provide extra some quick-wear spare parts for customer, such as O ring, ejector pin, water connector, spring and so on which easy to replace basic wearing parts.
