Equipment Overview

This equipment is mainly used for the salt spray corrosion resistance of large components, automotive power battery packs, automotive assemblies and parts, etc. It can simulate the marine climate and evaluate the anti-salt spray corrosion performance of automobile assemblies and parts and their protective layers.

System composition:

1) The equipment is mainly composed of structural systems.

2) Air conditioning system, refrigeration system; heating/humidification/dehumidification system.

3) Salt spray simulation system.

4) Central control system.

Structure Features

Structure	Adopt split structure. That is, the studio, refrigeration unit, salt spray unit, salt water tank, and electric control box are placed independently for on-site assembly. Air-conditioning unit and salt spray unit are set in the working room; the air-conditioning unit is composed of forced air circulation system, refrigeration system, heating system, humidification/dehumidification system, etc.; baffle type device is set in the salt spray unit, and constant temperature heating device is set at the bottom.
Outer Wall Material	High-quality SUS304 stainless steel, the surface is electrostatically sprayed, and the material thickness is 0.8mm
Endosomal Material	Adopt acid and alkali resistant material SUS316L# stainless steel. Material thickness 1.2mm
Insulation	Adopt rigid polyurethane foam insulation layer, thickness 100mm.
Top of The Studio	In order to prevent the condensed water from the top of the studio from dripping directly on the test sample, so set a 120-degree oblique water baffle on the top of the studio.
Studio Base Plate	Reinforced base plate, can bear 300KG/m² (even load)
Door	The door adopts double door structure; Single door size: width 900 x height 1800mm. The door frame of the two doors are equipped with silicone rubber sealing strips and anti-condensation electric heating devices.
Observation Window	There are 2 observation windows on the door, each window has resistive film for heating to achieve defrost function.
Test Lead Hole	There is a test hole of φ100mm on the left side of the box, with a special cover.
Pressure Balance Device	Two balance windows are set on the top of the studio to keep the studio and the outside air pressure balanced.
Guide Rail and Limit Device	The left and right sides of the test box are provided with guiding function tracks, and the bottom of the rear end is provided with a limit function device.

Lighting	The top of the studio is equipped with LED strong lighting, which is projected into the studio through the light-transmitting window on the top of the box, independent switch control.
Condensate Outlet	There are lead-out holes for the condensed water in the air-conditioning room and the condensed water of the unit.
Overflow Hole	There is condensed water drainage ditch around the studio. After the condensed water is collected in the drainage ditch, it is discharged from the studio to the waste water treatment area through the overflow hole, (the pipeline from the equipment to the waste water treatment area is the responsibility of the user)
