Production Description

WYB horizontal pressure leaf filter is an efficient, energy saving solid-liquid separation equipment of enclosed operation type. It is widely employed in industries such as chemical engineering, petroleum, foodstuff and pharmaceutical, etc.

Generally, the filtration system consists of mixing tank, main machine of the filter, liquid transmission pump, piping, valves, electrical appliance control cabinet, operation workbench, etc.

Filter main body consists of filtering tank, filter screen, shell cover pulling structure, automatic discharging device, hydraulic station, etc.

Working principle

This product is of novel design, the main body of filter consists of filtration tank, screen, end-plate pullout device, automatic dreg discharging device, etc. During filtering, the filter aid is mixed up with material in the mixing cylinder then transmitted by pump onto the filter screen to form a filter cake layer.

Once the stable filter cake is realized, the feeding shall be stopped, and compressed air or steam shall be employed to blow dry the cake, then discharge the filtration cake .

Filter Plates

The filter screen plate is the major component for the filter. It consists of multiple layers of stainless steel screens of different specification. In the middle there is a passage for the filtrate, at the outside there is frame.

At the lower part of screen plate there is a nozzle for the discharge port which is inserted into the collection pipe, in between the nozzle and socket of collection pipe there is rubber “O” ring for sealing.
