Description:

GHL-1000L Wet-type mixing and granulating machine is widely applied for the thermal crushing and granulating for those sensitive material or granulating in pharmaceutical industry.

Working principle:

There are mixing paddles at the container bottom, and after powders and adhesives are put into the pot, will be mixed completely to be soft and wet dough, and then be cut into even granules.

Features:

1. The horizontal structure is reasonable.
2. When the well-sealed drive shaft needs to be cleaned, water can be used.
3. With the fluid-bed granulating, after the production, granules are just like balls, and the fluidity is good.
4. Adhesive consumption is less, and the drying time is less (Drying mixing time per batch: 2minutes. Granulating time: 1 ~ 4minutes).
5. The granulating efficiency is high.
6. All processes, including the dry mixing, the wet mixing and the granulating, are all completed in a well-sealed container,
which meets the GMP standard.
