1. Product Application
This machine is used for back gluing, tentering, setting and drying
of blankets, carpets, coral velvet fabrics, and cotton, polyester,
blended fabrics and other fabrics.
2. Technical characteristics
Building block combination, according to different product and
process requirements, the machine process can be combined
arbitrarily.
Nominal width: 1600-3200mm according to user requirements.
Type: horizontal drying room, needle plate stenter type, 6-section,
7-section, 8-section, and 9-section oven (each section is 3
meters), modular combination.
Working temperature: 100-135℃ (steam); 100-180℃ (heat transfer oil)
or natural gas, liquefied gas, coal gas, etc.
AC frequency conversion synchronous transmission, mechanical speed:
10-50m/min according to the process setting.
The upper and lower overfeeding rollers and the overfeeding of the
upper needle brush can accurately meet the shrinkage requirements
of different processes.
The drying room adopts multi-wing circulating fan and rolled
aluminum fin radiator, which has high thermal efficiency and
uniform indoor temperature.
The frame adopts channel steel profile, which is connected into a
separate circulation cavity, and the top is equipped with an
anti-drip device.
