By Folding device andTraction heating cutting device to produce different specification material of customer. whole machine adopts PLC, Ditital module and SIMENS HMI achieved full automatic control, full automatic tension control ensure machine run in high speed and with high degree of automation and stable performance.

1. Folding material: 10-100μm, POF / HDPE / LDPE / CPP / BOPP

2. Maximum machine speed: 400 m / min; Normal running speed 300 m / min; machine running stable, non-obvious vibrate and noise.

3. Unwind Maximum load-bearing: 1000 kg; Maximum diameter: 1000 mm. Minimum Unwind width is 400mm.

4. Unwind reeling core: 3 inches and 6 inches plug, diameter is 70mm paper-core;
