High chromium nickel austenitic stainless steel has excellent corrosion resistance in oxidizing medium and high temperature mechanical properties. Its oxidation resistance is better than 309 stainless steel, and its pitting corrosion resistance and stress corrosion resistance are better than 18-8 stainless steel.
