Common Faults and Maintenance
Failure: Deformed air spring port
Cause: Deformation of the built-in steel ring due to incorrect operation or storage
Action: The air spring must be replaced

Failure: The outer rubber of the air spring is worn
Cause: The air spring rubs against other parts on the car, causing foreign matter to deposit on the piston or airbag
Measures: Regularly check the air spring system, remove foreign objects from the piston and airbag, and avoid friction between the air spring and other parts.

Failure:Wrinkled air spring
Cause: The position of the top plate and the piston is not aligned and twisted during installation, causing wrinkles on the airbag; the air spring cannot be turned up and down evenly along the piston waist ring because there is no gas for a long time or the air pressure is insufficient.
Measures: Avoid using the air spring when there is no pressure, regularly check whether there is any leakage in the air path, when the system is out of gas, add dunnage between the axle and the frame to prevent the air bag from being squeezed for a long time.
