Function:

1, This dual-side labeling machine applies to dual-side or single-side labeling for square or flat shaped objects.

2, Header is adjusted within 6D space; adjusting capacity is powerful and flexible. Correct labeling of any product can be adjusted within several minutes.

3, Pressure between the driving shaft and pressure roller is adjustment so that the label travelling direction can be adjusted at will; it is not the common elastic pressing; labels can travel without restriction.

4, The header-out is a double pressure-roller structure so labels can be tightened while label breakage due to damage of backing paper die-cutting can be avoided. Sectional type dutch makes tension more balanced.

5, Famous servo motor is adopted to achieve close-loop control and meet high speed and high precision positioning.

6, The sizing mechanism with a special design is adopted to ensure correct positioning of objects to be labeled and realize precise labeling.

7, Pressing belt and the host gear are connected to guarantee absolute synchronization of the two conveyance belts without any adjustment.
