Action principle

The valve is composed of body, cover, disc, rocker and other parts, the disc can automatically prevent fluid backflow. The disc of the valve is opened under the action of fluid pressure, and the fluid flows from the inlet side to the outlet side. When the inlet pressure is lower than the outlet pressure, the disc will automatically close to prevent media backflow under the action of the fluid pressure difference and its own gravity.

Instructions for storage, installation and use

1. The valve should be stored in a dry warehouse, and be prepared for dust and waterproof. Open storage is strictly prohibited.

2. Long-term storage should be maintained regularly.

3. Before installation, the valve should be pressure tested, check whether the valve model and specifications are consistent, clean the valve inside and outside, check whether the valve is flexible, and whether the sealing surface is damaged. After confirmation, the installation can be carried out.

4. The pipeline or equipment for installing the valve should be flushed or cleaned first to remove oil, welding slag and other sundry materials in the pipeline or equipment to avoid scratching the sealing surface of the valve.

5. When manually loading and unloading valves, do not discard them.

6. The valve is usually installed in the horizontal pipeline, but also installed in the vertical pipeline or inclined pipeline, and pay attention to the medium flow direction and the arrow direction on the valve body consistent.

7. The pressure test should be carried out before installation, and the installation can meet the requirements.

8. The product is not allowed to be subjected to large external force after installation.
